Meet the Doulas
Maria Pokluda, Certified Doula & Childbirth Educator, Placenta Specialist
Maria has helped hundreds of families have happy birth days. She became a doula after a journey through infertility, and she and her husband have 4 children, all with different birth stories. Maria is co-creator of BEST Doula and trains new doulas all over the world.
Leslie Geick, Certified Doula & Childbirth Educator, Belly Binder
Leslie’s passion for birth stems from her experience thriving with Type I diabetes. She’s had a Cesarean and a VBAC, and specializes in doula-ing both. Leslie lives with her husband (her knight in shining armor..really, he works as a knight!) and their two daughters.
Kameron Bader, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator
Kameron wants her clients’ BIRTH day to be the best day of their life. At age 7, she saw her first birth and knew she wanted to work with expecting families. Kameron has a degree in Biology and taught high school before becoming a doula in 2013. Kameron lives with her husband and two children in McKinney.
Keyana Harris, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator
Keyana’s desire to support and educate families is driven by her faith and life experiences. Her calm and gentle nature, a degree in Medical Humanities and her experience working as a nanny help contribute to her knowledge and expertise. Keyana is also working towards a career in midwifery.
Nancy Isch, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator Nancy’s passion for birth began with her daughter’s birth. Her background in education and human resources taught her to build strong connections with people while supporting their goals. When not doula-ing, Nancy enjoys high school football games while her husband coaches and pow wows celebrating her Native heritage.
Rukhsana Pida, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator
Rukhsana has been a doula in the DFW area since 2017. She has a peaceful personality – but a great sense of humor and might suggest mini-golf as a way to get your labor going. She lives with her husband and daughter and has many interests including activities at her mosque, crafting. and visiting all the best coffee shops in DFW.
Bianke Prozesky, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula
Bianke wished for a doula’s support during her labors, and after her 2nd baby arrived, she decided to certify as a doula herself. She considers herself reasonably crunchy and loves essential oils and holistic remedies for her family, Originally from South Africa, Bianke speaks English and Afrikaans and now lives in N. Texas with her husband and two boys.
Adrianna Cox, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula
Adrianna has a few passions- one is serving expecting families, another is cooking. She grew up in California and is a professional Chef as well as certified doula. She now lives with her husband and two children in far North Dallas. (read more about Adrianna)
Raivon Greer, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator
Raivon’s background may be in banking/finance but she has a passion for serving expecting families and has done so since 2016. When she is not attending births or teaching classes, she loves to travel, run in a 5k or checking out local bands here in Dallas.
Tiffany Terry, Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator
Tiffany’s inspiration to become a doula was her doula during her own birth. Having her there at the birth changed her entire life – for the better. Tiffany has a degree in early childhood education and has served as a teacher for many years. She also loves taking courses to continue growing as a doula. (read more about Tiffany)
